The outdoor flea market
Five Saturdays through the summer, our lot on Shirley Avenue fills up with sellers. It runs 9am to 4pm, and the people who come early go home happiest.
2026 dates
Five Saturdays, 9am to 4pm
The indoor mall is open as usual on market days, 10am to 6pm.
If you’re coming to shop
Bring cash and come early
Outdoor sellers are independent of the mall and most of them deal in cash. There’s no admission and no need to book anything.
Trading starts at nine. Dealers tend to work the lot first thing, so if you want first pick of a table, be there when it opens.
Markets go ahead in most weather. Heavy rain is the one thing that cancels a day, and we’ll say so on our Facebook page if it does.
If you want to sell
A spot is $25 cash
No commission, no paperwork beyond your name, and whatever you don’t sell goes home with you.
Bring your own tables and canopy. Setting up from early morning is fine, and you’ll want to be ready for nine.
On refunds: let us know by the Monday before a market and we’ll give your money back. If we cancel the day for rain, you get it back either way.
Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Spots have to be reserved and paid for in advance at the front counter. We can’t take a booking over the phone, because the spot isn’t held until it’s paid.
What can I sell?
Antiques, collectibles, household goods, craft and the contents of your garage. We just ask you keep it legal and family friendly.
What happens if it rains?
We cancel the day and refund every spot. We’ll post it on Facebook as early as we can so nobody loads a vehicle for nothing.
